The Regione of Lombardy has recently updated the fixed prices for taxi fares as follows (prices valid from the 1st of October 2008):
From Malpensa to Milan city: € 85
From Malpensa to Linate € 95
From Malpensa to Fieramilano (RHO) € 60
These prices are per trip so the meter will not be used for these destinations. Please be aware that some taxis do not follow these set prices, so be sure to ask before getting in the car.

Should you ever have any problems with a taxi be sure to take the car license plate number or the taxi work license number, you can then file an official report with the police, after a certain number of official complaits a license will be revoked.
