If you're coming to Milan for fairs be sure to reserve a room in time. Many fairs are in high occupation periods meaning the chances of reserving a room at the last minute are slim. This is especially true of the "Salone Internazionale del Mobile" in April. This is the largest fair that is hosted in Milan and accommodation is extremely hard to find for that period. The best thing to do is reserve early to get a good rate and find a room. You can find the complete 2008 fair calendar here.
Be aware that some Hotels might overbook during that period, so you might want to ask the Hotel if they do have a policy in that regard. We have a strict no-overbooking policy which means you wil always find the room you reserved at our Hotel.
