Being in charge of ordering supplies I was quite amazed at the amount of paper we use. This is due to the large number of faxes and automated reservation printouts we receive. In an effort to reduce our environmental impact here at the Hotel, we will now only use 100% recycled paper for these internal uses, which are the bulk of our paper usage.
While we did, and still do recycle all our paper, using 100% recycled paper to begin with is certainly better, especially as I often wonder how much of the paere we send out actually get recyled.
